Spencer Belz has spent the past 5 years immersing into and growing with the New Jersey cannabis market. Entering the industry as a wellness counselor for one of the six original ATCs, Spencer quickly learned the mechanics and struggles of retail operations.
While being acquired by an MSO, Spencer entered into his new role as Marketing Manager. In this position, Spencer designed and implemented retail operations, developed a marketing department, bilateral wholesale department, and home delivery, in addition to developing product lines and opening additional retail dispensaries.
After years of driving growth and expansion for one of the largest cannabis operators in the US, Spencer now shares his passion and knowledge by assisting the industry as a whole. His hands-on experiences and wide array of skills and knowledge are available to support the operators entering the NJ market and beyond.
